- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Proof of purchase is required
- Return request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Refund Process
Once your return is inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank/payment provider
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us
